SHIPPING POLICY

Our online store currently processes orders for customers within Malaysia.
If you are located outside of Malaysia, please contact us at kinagriculture.my@gmail.com or WhatsApp for assistance.

Delivery Rates & Weight Limits

  • Delivery rates are calculated based on parcel weight.

  • Maximum weight per order:

    • 30kg – Peninsular Malaysia

    • 20kg – Sabah & Sarawak

  • If your order exceeds these limits, email us at kinagriculture.my@gmail.com or WhatsApp for alternative arrangements.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, before 5:00 PM.

  • We do not process orders on Malaysia Public Holidays.

  • Shipping partners: J&T, Ninja Van, and Pos Laju.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Peninsular Malaysia: Within 3 business days

  • Sabah & Sarawak: Within 7 business days

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you would like to return a product, please contact us at kinagriculture.my@gmail.com or WhatsApp. We will respond within 1–2 business days.

 

Return Conditions

  • Item must be undamaged, unopened, and returned with all accessories, original packaging, and receipt (or gift receipt).

  • Returns must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt.

  • Once approved, we will offer an exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
